Katie Austin, Au.D., CCC-A, has over fifteen years of cochlear implant experience, providing care to nearly 600 implant patients ranging in age from in age from infancy through adulthood. Dr. Austin serves cochlear implant and bimodal patients in our office. She obtained her undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky, graduate education at the University of Louisville, and a doctorate externship at Arizona Hearing and Balance Center. When not working, Dr. Austin enjoys trying new restaurants and making memories with her husband and their two children.

Raquel Proctor, Au.D., CCC-A, CH-TM, obtained her B.S. in Education from the University of Louisville and also received her doctorate in audiology from University of Louisville, School of Medicine. Dr. Proctor is a Louisville native and graduate of Christian Academy of Louisville. She provides hearing aid services, cochlear implant services, bone anchored system services, and tinnitus patients in our office. She is Board Certified in Tinnitus Management. When not working, Dr. Proctor enjoys adventures with her husband, her two dogs, and maintaining active involvement in her church.

Katherine Robertson, Au.D., CCC-A, is a native of Louisville and obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Louisville, School of Medicine in 2009. She has extensive experience in adult diagnostics and acoustic amplification. In her free time, Dr. Robertson enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters. Also, take note of her husband’s beautiful artwork displayed in our office!

Marci Shuman, M.S., CCC-A, CH-TM, has over 20 years of experience in adult hearing aids and tinnitus. She is committed to community outreach for awareness of adult-onset hearing loss. Marci is a University of Illinois alumnus. She graduated from University of Arizona, Masters in Audiology program in 2002, and completed her fellowship year at Mayo Clinic. Marci is Board Certified in Tinnitus Management. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, and coaching field hockey.

Marsha joined Ky Hearing Clinic in 2019. She has over three decades of hearing healthcare experience from her past career in North Carolina. Marsha and her husband moved to the area to be closer to her grandchildren.
